Dear colleagues,
The Organizing Committee of the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum regretfully announces that EEDRF 2021 has been rescheduled to the next 2022 year due to COVID-19 pandemic, flight cancellations, and Belarus government requirement for travelers to stay in 10-days self-quarantine.

The EEDRF Organizing Committee is closely monitoring the evolving of COVID pandemic in the region. That's why we have to take this very difficult decision due to unacceptable risk to launch the EEDRF in September in Belarus.

Please note that EEDRF 2021 will not be held as a virtual event.

These are indeed challenging times for the international events and we would like to extend thanks for your understanding and support.

Rest assured, we will maintain ongoing cooperation with forum partners and speakers to be ready to welcome all of you to the important annual arbitration event next year.

See you in Minsk in 2022!
This autumn Minsk will host the annual Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF®) for the 5th time. Lawyers from all over the world will unite for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts.

This year the main topic of discussion will be «CHOICE OF LAW» and we are going to discuss:

  • The art of contracting / meeting today's challenges
  • Arbitration and general matters of international private law
  • Choice of law by parties
  • Powers of arbitrators towards applicable law
EEDRF 2019
How it was
ABOUT THE FORUM
EEDRF takes place in Minsk every September. This year will be the first anniversary - fifth event.

At the moment EEDRF is the biggest practical event which is held in Belarus with focus on dispute resolution and which covers the whole region. EEDRF already became a world-known event. All previous years EEDRF was well attended, more than 200 participants from more than 30 countries.

The main idea behind organizing this event - there is no annual forum for East and Central European dispute lawyers to meet from time to time, share experience and discuss current issues. Also Minsk is a convenient place for meeting of practitioners from different countries.

For any enquiries or expressions of interest, please send us an email at eedrfMinsk@gmail.com. We are looking forward to seeing you at the forum.
